Gifts for her

Gifts for your mum, sister, friend - or yourself (you deserve it!) from some of my favourite Australian brands.

Inspired by the vintage stores and flea markets in Paris, raffinée the label (founded in Brisbane) offers jewellery to elevate the everyday outfit at accessible prices. I love these pieces that can be worn individually as statement piece, or layered together to elevate everyday outfits.

Founded by a mum and sister duo in Brisbane, Piyama is the ultimate resort wear and pyjama brand. These quality, comfortable and stylish pieces will last for years in your wardrobe. Their annual Christmas Collection is a must-have in our family for seasonal pjs.

Bondi Bag by IOco

The Bondi Bag is perfect for days at the beach and by the pool (bonus - great for swim lessons). It’s made from Bio-based EVA and is durable and washable. The Weekender is big enough to fit everything you need - towels, waterbottles, snacks, a change of clothes, nappies and whatever else you might want or need.

I love this brand that was founded by two Brisbane mums. A hat is an essential accessory when out and about, and Mum Club has the whole fam covered with cute styles and phrases to suit every mood.

Yes, they’re expensive but the Tanit Robe doubles as a dress and you can throw it straight over swimmers to take you straight from the beach to lunch or dinner!

I know, a bum bag… Stay with me - I wear slung over the body (as pictured), I can keep my hands free (big bonus for the mums) and it doesn’t swing around like some cross-body bags.

This Aussie brand makes consciously designed resort wear and accessories, inspired by love of colour, appreciation for craftsmanship and a desire to tread lightly. Their Pareos come in a variety of vibrant prints and their Towelling Pouches are the perfect size to throw your essentials in for the day, wherever you’re going.

Sydney-based Rylan offers accessories with a luxury, vintage aesthetic at more affordable prices. These effortless styles evoke the term ‘quiet luxury’. Their satchel bags are iconic, but the style I’m currently coveting is the Brown Woven Large Tote.
